Our stay was awesome! 🌟 The spacious 2-bedroom condo felt like home, perfect for family time. Just wish the Wi-Fi worked better. had to struggle with that. Overall, great experience!

We had a family vacation at Summer Bay Orlando, and I have mixed feelings. The two-bedroom condo was spacious, perfect for our family. The pools were fantastic—clean and warm, ideal for spending the whole day. We appreciated the numerous activities, especially the splash pad and playgrounds for the kids. The kitchen was well-equipped for our needs. However, we faced significant issues upon arrival. Our unit wasn’t cleaned properly. there was dirt on the floors, and my daughter found hair in the bathroom. We were also hit with a surprise increase in our deposit, which took a chunk out of our fun budget. The check-in process felt chaotic, and we were sent all over without clear instructions. Communication with the staff could have been better, particularly when it came to addressing our concerns. Overall, while the location and amenities were a highlight, the lack of cleanliness and the surprises with deposits left a sour taste.

The pools were beautiful and had plenty of space to relax, great time by the bar where the staff were super helpful. My kids especially loved the mini golf course, which was a nice free bonus and actually fun!

My family had an amazing time at the resort! The pools were not only clean but also very inviting, ideal for our little ones to splash around. Our two-bedroom condo was spacious and well-equipped, making our stay super comfortable. We took advantage of the many activities available for families, from mini golf to crafts. However, I did find the timeshare presentation a bit intrusive and felt it took away from our vacation time.

The resort was so enormous I felt like I needed a map just to find the bathroom! With sprawling grounds that included five sparkling pools, I could dive into a different one every day and still feel like I was exploring a water park. The condo was spacious and had everything a family could dream of, making our stay feel like a luxury vacation.

Overall, it was a pleasant trip for our daughter’s softball tournament, but I hope they improve the check-in experience next time.
